I think I'll make stuffed cabbage today.....that should keep me in the kitchen and out of the yard where it is too hot.

I'm not much on grits......take em or leave em depending on how hungry I am....but they have to have cheese and butter in em for me......or crumbled bacon will suffice....I've never cared for hominy...
